Sometimes I wonder if being a good person is really even worth it... I feel like I make an honest effort in this life to be a good mother to my children, to be a role model to them, and make sure they grow up in a healthy environment. I get up EVERY single day and go to work, I pay my bills on time, I abide by law, I appreciate and love every single one of my friends and family members with all of my heart and would do anything for them, my kids have more then what they need, I am constantly planning for the future, I am extremely thankful for the cards I have been dealt in this life.. good and bad, and I honestly try my very best to LEARN from every person that crosses my path.. And at the end of the day.. there are people who do NONE of those things .. they LIE, CHEAT, and STEAL with no remorse at all and still seem to lead an extremely easy life.. Its mind blowing! Sometimes I find myself questioning all this hard work... :(
