Sometimes I wonder if my moral compass is extremely high in correlation with the complete lack of morals in most human beings today. Then I realize I am hard wired to overcompensate for the completely selfish assholes of todays society. I never will be able to balance them out on my own so my only hope is that karma someday eradicates them. However, there are times I wish I wasnt so kind and honest to a fault even though I would choose that any day over the alternative. Its not easy being the better person all the time.
