Sometimes, cats are bold or just learn to trust their canine companions, like Mazel here. I have 5 dogs and 2 cats and they get along fine, although when the young cat runs around they get excited. The current feline residents at the Shelter do NOT trust dogs at all and the dogs are reacting negatively to them. After all, you would too, if one tried to swat your nose. So even when we recommend no cats, it might work out, but be forewarned! Mazel here, gets along with everyone and everything! ~ Carol
