Sometimes its so nice to open our emails :) This is one of the good ones: Hey, you folks-- Thanks for this nice way of communicating. Im amazed you can keep track of your inventory with such precision: in the years Ive ordered so much yarn and stuff from you, this is only the second time there has been one minor adjustment to my order. So youre still way up on my A list. For what its worth, I just gave handmade socks (Regia, Opal, Austermann, Fortissima, etc.) to a bunch of women in my archery club at our clubs biggest tournament of the year (this weekend in Littlerock, WA). They were absolutely thrilled and delighted and excited. I could not afford to do things like this if it werent for DBNY. Thanks for helping me make some sensational people very happy. m
