Sometimes moving stuff around my room reaps great rewards, like finding my album from Senegal! So many emotions as I flipped through the pages. Living on the other side of the world, away from everyone I knew and loved has to have been one of the BEST things Ive ever done. I have such profound memories of the people I met along the way. My families, fellow volunteers, and villagers all gave a piece of themselves to me. I hope to return to Senegal soon and catch up with some of the most amazing volunteers stateside at some point in the coming years. 12 years seems like soooo long ago...
