Sometimes the answer is as simple as listen to your body (at least when it comes to the right things) Often we ignore simple things like getting rest- not just sleep... drinking enough water... and cutting our portions back. When you go to a buffet the mindset shouldnt be to eat to get your MONEYS WORTH- if you MUST go, make the focus on the fact that you can chose from a variety not trying to eat a LOT. Your body will even tell you when you havent been praying like you should.. Aside from its spiritual benefits, prayer can be a stress reliever. A sign of a lack of prayer can be crankiness, unexplainable mood swings, and being more easily agitated. Pray more. Sleep more regularly, drink more water, eat smaller portions. and see how your life is affected in the long run.
