Sometimes the best response to complaints, criticisms, bad attitudes, and a negative spirit is simple quietness. Often we cannot convince someone that they need to change their heart through our verbose arguments or convicting speech. Our lashing back or responding quickly can sometimes be the most ineffective response. Let’s pray for wisdom and give prayerful consideration to how we will respond to others.
