Sometimes we have encounters in life that get our attention and greatly change our course. Serving as a much needed wake up call, these connections or experiences force us to take a hard look at how we are doing life, and perhaps make some much needed changes. The universe speaks to us all the time through subtle hints, synchronicities, serendipitous experiences, and even blatant reminders. Yet many of us shrug these off until they become so loud we can no longer ignore them. We forget to go with our gut, or prolong decisions due to perceived impending challenges or pain. It is so much easier if we simply heed those initial calls. Usually all it takes is to honor the voice of your soul...to simply get quiet enough to listen to its yearnings.
