Sometimes we make changes for no apparent reasons in Namibia. I personally feel that we still need to separate Basic Education and Higher Education in Namibia. Just for better service delivery. I feel that we cannot prepare enough our children for tertiary education because we have overloading ourselves. We just got away with our brilliant idea we had right after we got independence. We had separate Ministry of Basic Education and Ministry of Higher Education. Then we just got away with it for no better reason. We still need to go back to that again. I would appreciate to have Dr. David Namwandi as a Minister of Basic Education and Prof. Joe Dieschoe as a Minister for Higher Education and Training Development. I believe we gone get a vision if we can attempt this. Have you say colleagues.
