Sometimes we spend so much time chasing the unusual, the rare, or the never-before-seen, that we forget to enjoy the common things. So yesterday at Walter Sisulu National Botanical Garden I decided to crawl around on my belly (I have the dirty shirt and jeans to prove it) and photograph a Cape Sparrow male and female. They were digging seeds out of the ground deep in the grass. [All my photos are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License.
