Sometimes were tired and we just go through the motions of our workout to get it done. And thats OK. Sometimes. But if your goal is change, are you really exercising to that end? A good workout will leave you feeling one of 3 things: Sweat, breathing heavily, sweating or sore the next day. If you didnt hit any of those three, it wasnt a good workout and its time reevaluate your strategy. Its called a workout for a reason :) Do you need to amp it up?
