Sometimes when our newsmen hear stories or rumours, it is best to take a minute to ask questions and do some preliminary logical analysis of what they hear, then go a step further to seek the facts even if they are not wholly the truth before they rush to press. This whole excitement over a so called Multi-million dollar sanitary pad project of the World bank is simply senseless . The World Bank will never put her money where it does not worth any outcome. Its a shame that of all the relevant programmes under the facility, we rather find it worth airtime discussing sanitary pads when there is a comprehensive outline of the entire loan facility to fund the GoG Day SHS Project.
