Somewhat of a productive day!! give or take a few minor irritations!! Went on an educational little jaunt..needed to get away..needed to take my mind elsewhere for a bit..weks ago Jen was asked to do a Cultural presentation in Leith ND...YES!! Leith ND!! then all this stuff happened up north..well..we gave it some thought and decided to go..It was interesting!! Of course Jen did an awesome job representing the Lakota Nation..She and Leta talked a bit..gave a dance demonstration..and Jen talked some more...it was nice..the people were so warm inviting and receptive..somehow...I ended up introducing them and giving a talk while Jen got ready.. Afterwards many little granpas and grammas came up and complimented us..they said it was a job well done!! well...it was short because we were the only ones..the organizer of the event wasnt even there but Have NO FEAR Chase...WE GOT THIS!! theyre talking a NEXT TIME already!! it was good!! but we had car troubles!! on the way Jens jalop over heated!! good thing a mechanic was there to advise them..they needed a thermostat! We went on to Biz after..didnt have any problems until we started for home..Ake...we were sitting along side the road! I prayed..God heard my prayers and helped us get home!! You know me!! I was trynna blow a gasket..trynna cuss up a storm but I remembered I prayed so..ayes..I had to swallow them cuss words!! Then I was trynna be all opptomistc about things at Fort Totten..then I felt myself getting angry and having hard feelings so I had to remind myself that I prayed about this...I soooo need help..asking frens..family to help me pray and give me strenght and compassion and curb my anger!! It is so difficult!! I am having such a hard time this!! gotta go and have a family meeting...not feeling good about all this right now..
