Soon after elections, the candidates i had wholeheartedly supported - TopicsExpress

Soon after elections, the candidates i had wholeheartedly supported were shaved without water hence had to go parking. The majority had their way as we had our say. I never regret the choices i made when i supported Judy and Cheison. I chose to be different and do things for goodness sake. I chose to campaign for a just and fair future for all the Nandi generations. I chose to do it for free without benefit than a worthy leadership;that is what i saw in the later after a long scrutiny online and offline. I won. There are people who gargle their mouths with filth. Quite often they are the know-all lot found around shopping centers grouping themselves to talk about events and mostly people. One common thing about this guys is that they will bite your name but cannot bite your person. Those are the people who have corrupted the whole would-have-been-meaning of politics. At times you wonder if there is a time they can just sit down and listen to other people talk. They lack listening skills yet they have nothing new to say except possessing, owning and repeating what we;the wise men from the East started. But why do numskulls exist? It must be products of poor governance. Anyway, democracy and freedom of speech protects them. The filthy mouths would not listen to our political nonsense towards the final round and would shout to silence me even whenever i opened my mouth to sneeze. Oba oliin ak Cheison inguung ak Chuti !!. I kept mum. It was not long before i was shortlisted for ward administrator position. At least that owned me some little respect though i was certain Pharaoh would not admit a stranger into the kitchen. At least they saw my name on the newspaper thus i had to breath a little. The whip was put aside and the ax lifted. Nobody could allow a Kipsigis to lead in Kosirai ward !! Whaat?!! A weritab Kapchepteek.Gaa ko Tindiret I whined but that was not a tune good enough to hear. I cannot say i was devastated though i was. We attended the interview and had to wait for months perhaps to let pepper lose some little bitterness. I must not tell you i am not the ward administrator of anywhere;that one you know.I choose not to say some things because i value peace with people and wont love some aibu ndogo ndogo here. Now you know that i had become a perfect ball for the bad-mouths to kick. I applied for as many jobs as i could and as i did not have the unajua-nani ama uko-na-nini certificate,it became hard to secure a job. Meanwhile, that became a perfect diagram for the village lecturers. Another hammer soon hit the heads of the talkers when i was gazetted as a youth representative for Chesumei constituency in the Uwezo Fund Management Committee. The position sounded big though i really could do big things with it like empowering my fellow youth,it did very little for me since i earned only two thousand shillings per sitting. I took it zealously and for sure did my job wholeheartedly. We attended eight consecutive sittings unpaid as the other constituencies decided to wait for the government to deposit allowances into their accounts. That is how much we loved the youth of our dear country. I was not at peace at all. I admired Cheison like a brother and would be the only person i shared my desire first hand. I always saw the links he often posted online but never imagined i could qualify for any of it.We had a chat on facebook then I told him that i wanted to claim my share of land, sell it then pursue my masters degree. I am a kind of person who never looks back and i meant selling my share of land and i will tell you today that i meant it or worse. That was my heart !! Cheison replied Metwa koreet korok.Let us try some options here. I accepted. He then sent me the same same links i had been ignoring. I decided to be serious about it and i would from time to time consult with Philip Rongoei, Olduboi Kipkemboi and Mark Kipyego Kemei. All i did was being serious.I applied. As i continued with the Uwezo fund job i had plans of opening a car wash near Francos place and had struck a deal with him already. I waited for reply until the date i expected reply passed so i decided to embark on my new venture with the little i had raised and perhaps i knew where to touch to boost my amount. All that matter to me is confidence. I would have relocated to a rented room at the center when i received an e-mail that evening confirming my admission to Offenburg University of Applied Science.Phil Mutwol Too confirmed my u-turn and a new beginning was hatched. #That_Opened_doors_for_me_into_Europe Dedicated to Seronei Arap Chelulei Cheison,Ednah Soy Cheison, Georgina Cheptoo, Mark Toroitich Toroh, Elias Kay Koech, Theresa Chepkwony, Joseph Sang, Stanley Cheruiyot, Mark Kemei , Mark K Ngeny, Mengeech Kipkirong Rono George Tarus, Mike Maritim Jnr, Maritim Arap Murgor, Iscah Biwott, Glorious Florence, Kiprop Steve, Steve K.
