Soon we will be clothed upon with our eternal body - the scriptures tells us that it is like unto His glorious body wherein only dwells righteousness - Knowing this ahead of time is critical in the preparation of our souls. While it is true that God must do all the atoning works in salvation, we are called to trust in Him and put off the works of darkness, walking in the Spirit of our God. We get ready for so many things in this world, our job, wedding, even just to go see the Doctor - Wouldnt it make sense then that we would be involved in getting ready to meet God!! I am thankful that God has made all the provisions that we need to be ready available to us in the person of His Son, Christ Jesus!
