The iPod guy gets back to you on a Friday night to come and get the iPod in Salem. You drive for hours and you get the iPod. Drive home and sleep. The iPod all works fine and the case shows up in the mail! Yay! You put the case on and it fits a 5th gen ipod and not your new 4th gen. (Btw, your broken one was a 5th gen, so you down graded). You at least try to transfer your old music to the new ipod, and now you have spent 3 hours looking up, trying different things for nothing!!!!!! So lets recap: broken ipod and case by dog, new ipod (down graded), new case (doesnt fit), and now wasted 3 hours on trying to transfer over music. Thats cool. So done.
