Sooo. ....Its the night before homework is due, and I realize I left my textbook at school. Im like OH shit. The questions that structure and address the entirety of the homework are in the textbook and cannot possiblly be accessed without the textbook. Even if I wanted to wing-it, I have no chance. Its defeat. Ive had a long stressful week with no help or inspiration and Im glad its finally over. Im feeling pangs of guilt, anxiety, and discouragment about the situation. I begin to conjure master-plans for how to recover from this, in the way that any resourceful little brave mousy single mom community college student would....maybe i can facebook- hunt down one of my classmates and beg them last minute to copy and paste the questions to me via e-mail? and Should I even go in, if my homework isnt done? Yes, I should still show up, and explain myself with a humble apology and wait patiently for my holier-than-thou professor to forgive my defective mediorcre simpleton hopeless nature, and maybe hell allow me to pass it in 1 day late? AND THEN *BOOM*...i type in the ISBN, and i find the PDF free version on the net. the whole thing at my fingertips. I feel like a thousand little baby birds just picked me up and took me for a little trip through the air (like in Snow White, when shes in the forest singing to the animals and the trees), everything is beautiful and sing-songy and Professor Poopface will never know the difference. HALLELUJAH HALLELUJAHHHH THE BABY JESUS IN THE LITTLE GOLDEN PULL-UP AND THE HALO HAs COME TO EARTH TO SAVE MY PATHETIC BUMBLING WASTE OF OXYGEN yet again lol. ahhh the glass is half-full. and with a crazy-straw. the end.
