Sooo.. Two men and a truck (actually.. tons of a**holes and a truck) told us .. after 5 months..(??) and my 3 calls to corporate.. they have finally come to a settlement per our insurance. The 900 dollar treadmill they broke(it was a few months old) is worth 120 dollars. and the grill they left behind (double grill w smoker and side burner) -- was never actually there, as the movers no longer work there and it can not be proven. So. 1,500 friggin dollars just.. gone. That was more than the MOVE. I PAID them ALL of their money as expected, when expected, as any customer should. So why? My insurance contract states I should get reimbursed for these items? Even corporate just sent me back to the franchise? Please people.. be very careful!! They had my son sign that all was ok when they left -- my son w Aspergers. He didnt know. they knew my boys saw them break it and pick up the pieces, so they booked. GAH!!!
