Sooo idk where or when or at what point Haiden picked up this seriously intense fear of storms, but the poor kid literally works himself up so bad at the very sight of a rain cloud! I asked him why he dislikes storms so much (dont blame him, Im not a fan either) and he said it was from a time the tornado warnings went off and we had to rush to the basement. Which I got to thinking and that was last summer! But at the time it didnt seem to effect him that bad? I feel so bad for him because he gets SO worked up at the thought of a storm just by seeing clouds that may or may not even be storm clouds. Poor guy is gonna give himself an ulcer! Ideas? How can I calm this boy down and help rid him of this fear?? Anyone elses kids get worked up over storms? As we are about to have one... all I can think of is how bad hes freaking out and Im not with him. Hes with his dad and his dad will just tell him to suck it up buttercup... LOL!! #mamasboy
