Sooo....my mind is BLOWN. I just wanna thank you GOD for blessing me to be able to bless others who bless us all with the art that YOU blessed them with. YEP. I just said that. If you missed tonights double showcase at BB KIngs: The RECESS Youth Open Mic and The Main Event with Micailah Lockhart, you missed something truly amazing. I really cant put into words what everyone witnessed from all the young performers. Ill speak more in depth on all of it later but right now I just want to say THANK YOU to Micailah Lockhart and The Climax Band, George Lockhart, The Faiths Place Steel Drum Marching Youth Band, Analisse and her mom Scarlett Cordoba, Gracie Givertz and her mom Melanie Carr Daniels-Givertz, Robert Norris Cris Carianna and the rest of S.S. Francis all the teachers from Bak Middle School, Dreyfoos School of the Arts, G-Star School of the Arts, and my staff: Hermosa Veronica and Anthony Darnell Smith aka The Wonder Twins for all their hard WERK in making this night LEGENDARY. Supreme thanks to Matt Ball, supervising engineer of sound and the entire staff of BB Kings who were ON FIRE tonight. Thank you all for an outstanding STANDING ROOM ONLY event. But most of all, thank you GOD for always being that voice in my ear to remind me to stay the course...stay on MY path. Will do sir!
