Sooo the end of year is nearly upon us. Time to reflect on the year. Id like to know what was your biggest fitness achievement in 2014?? To achieve a goal you need to have a plan...over the next few days write down your goals for 2015 and how you plan to achieve these. I will be happy to review any goals and offer advice so lets all work together and start 2015 with a purpose and plan to achieve what we want not just say it and expect it all to change overnight! Be realistic Be brave Be prepared to work hard Be patient Be yourself nobody else Be happy You will get to where you want if you really want. #anythingispossible Happy new year and I wish you all the best for the year ahead Looking forward to an exciting 2015 whos with me.... 💪🏊🚲🏃👊
