Soooo, The hinge on the door to My 5 years old Over the cooktop microwave, complete with lights/ventilation for the cooktop, broke. It just broke and fell back inside the cabinet of the microwave. I picked up the phone and called Lowes (where I purchased it) to see about having it repaired. They dont do repairs ! So I started calling appliance repair shops and guess what. I was told it is Not serviceable in other words they cant simply repair/replace the hinge ! I have to purchase an entire new unit and pay to have it installed ! Talk about a disposable society, what a bunch of crap ! In the meantime We just remove the door and pop it back on when We use it.......where Fancy like that.....LOL
