Soooo people are putting butter in their coffee as way to have longer lasting energy throughout the day and to contribute to weight loss... NO NO NO You can do this instead... Eat a healthy, well balanced breakfast. Ditch the poptarts and danishes and go for protein and complex carbs (hard boiled eggs, whole grains, yogurt, etc) Limit coffee to once a day and in the morning only, youll sleep better and gradually build up energy day by day. Eat healthy snacks between meals like fruits, veggies, and nuts to prevent an energy crash during the day. Stay hydrated. Being dehydrated can lead to energy loss and feeling like crud late in the day. Drink lots of water, even those nifty little drink packets now and then, or lemon juice to change it up. You can try different teas with lower caffeine levels instead of coffee. YES YES YES These are just some of the things you can do aside from drinking buttered coffee to give you energy and help you lose weight. You can decide what sounds better...
