Soooo...those of you who have taken advanced pathophys - Ive gotten a few comments from you indicating that you didnt really use the textbook for this course - is that correct? Did you just use the lecture notes provided by the instructor and practice exams in preparation for the actual exams? Any advice would be appreciated :) Im flying home to Minnesota tomorrow and am trying to figure out if I REALLY need to drag that 8lb book along...but we do have an exam due at the end of the week...so...suggestions needed! :)
