Soooo yesterday Tracy Trotchie-Gauthier nominated me for the ALS ice bucket challenge. Im sure when I did it, it was +12 outside with the nice blowing Sask breeze, as I was trying to make excuses to why I should wait till it was warmer, it occurred to me those with ALS didnt get a choice, and how selfish I was to think of my own comfort. I was truly happy to do this to raise awareness, for ALS.
