Sooooo... We, the Halton Cowboys Varsity football team, went 1-7 this year. One game win improvement from last year. Arguably, we shouldve couldve wouldve won 3 of the 7 games lost but we didnt finish what we started during those games, making us a 4-4 team. From the bottom of my heart, Id like to thank the Cowboys organization for allowing me to be a part of this organization as we will continue to build and grow together at all levels. Our goal is to become a consistently competitive organization and we took big steps in that direction this year. To all my players, it was my pleasure to be able to coach, mentor and develop a great group of kids. I expect all those who CAN return next season to return. We will get back at it in December or January. Do well in school and stay in touch. The seniors moving on, I wish you the very best. If youre around in summer, come back and coach our younger teams. Your expertise is what makes the program successful.
