This is a great opportunity to introduce the practice of NVC to anyone you know who might be looking for new ways to deal with the conflicts and challenges in their lives. We will learn the basic skills we need to be with and take responsibility for the distress we feel during times of conflict, and learn how to choose to respond from love and compassion, rather than react out of fear and judgement. Both Friday, Nov 7, and Sat, Nov 8, full-day experiential workshops are almost at capacity, so dont delay to register!
