Sooooo, yall know me & my big heart...I met a man today in his 80s who told me that he had no family because they had all passed & how had spent the first Thanksgiving & Christmas alone this past year & would probably be doing the same again this year too. It really crushed the breath out of me. I have decided to make it a point to make his holidays a little brighter this year as well as checking in with him regularly. I want to encourage everyone to make time for the elderly, not just your loved ones, but those too who may not have a family. It only takes one person to make a difference! I feel like God brought him in my life for a reason & Im looking forward to seeing him again. Pay it forward 😊
