Soooooo, finally put an official complaint in about the girl upstairs after shes started ignoring my polite texts asking her to keep it down, this is the one Ive had trouble with for the best part of two years.. The one that keeps me up all night with her visitors and banging doors, and singing, and parties and loud music, the one that when she fell off her bike outside a few months ago I carried her bike upstairs for her, the one that despite all the problems she gives me, I offer to help her with her shopping to the top floor.. My letting agent contact her, she says Ive sent abusive texts, they threaten to kick me out instead.. Where do I go from there??
