Sooooooo, Last summer had an argument with my neighbor upstairs because he poured water down on my balcony and wouldnt apologize, now hes throwing cigarette butts off his balcony down to mine still lite. I have an out door rug on mine and chairs and table but h could catch my stuff on fire so I had to report him. Why am I bothered with this disrespect butt I dont know but, he got the right one baby. Miss K dont play the disrespect OK
