Sorry I have not posted this earlier. In 1926 Rigley Mosley built a Model T Ford dealership on the corner of Old Jefferson Road and Stonewall-Preston. Two-thirds of the building was the dealership while the other third was a post office. The building was sold in 1938 to Mr. Hardeman, who turned it into a general store. Sitting on the porch of that store in 1940, a person could watch passenger trains full of soldiers headed to Alexandria and Fort Polk to participate in the Louisiana maneuvers. The train station was located right across Old Jefferson Road. That store later served as a warehouse of milking machines and a chair factory. It was recently torn down in order to build a new bank. Right next to that building is a 35 m.p.h. sign. The treasure was attached to that sign. Matt Barr located the treasure. Thank you, Joey Bennett for donating the money for the treasure hunt.
