Sorry but I need to vent a bit about whats going on with our country and police officers right now. If you dont want to hear it, dont read it. lol. But everyday now there is an instance of a police officer getting run over or even killed by the citizens because of what has transpired with the killing of several young men. I want to iterate I dont have a vested interest in either cause, but come on, First off the young men were criminals, they had rap sheets, white, black,Hispanic, Native American, whatever they were. Secondly if we as a society start attacking the very people that were sworn in to serve us who do we do go when our daughter, sons, mothers are attacked and the police officers are nowhere to be found. The young people today dont realize who they are attacking, or they dont care, but someday soon they will, when they need the men or women in blue to come help them. And they will. Yes as in all societys there are a few rotten eggs, Some that let power get to their heads, but thats in ALL jobs isnt it? We cant start attacking the very people that their very job is to protect us! Lets get a grip and stop making everything about race, we all bleed red!! No matter where we come from!
