Sorry but my copier is down. Got an technical malfunction error message this morning...just what you need on a Monday morning. The service technician came early this afternoon and thought he had fixed the issue but an hour later (after he was gone) I got the same error message. Called back to copier company and the technician will be back in the morning. Sorry for any problems this might cause. Hopefully he can quickly find out the issue and get it fixed.
