Sorry for being the needy facebook friend but we need prayer AGAIN :) On the way home from a 6 hour trip to buy weekly groceries (over half of it was spent in the car) 2 of our kids spiked high fevers. The good news is they both tested negative for malaria. (This means the anti-malaria med we switched them too is working!) The bad news is, I dont want my kids having high fevers in a poor, undeveloped nation with bad health care. I want Dr. Kelly Stephens! Before I had kids I only had my own suffering and worry to manage...now I carry around all 6 of their burdens too. Pray I cast it all onto Christ! This journey in Africa with my family is unlike any of the past 13 short term trips Ive taken here without them. It is deepening my compassion for the mommas who suffer daily here. Sickness and death is a way of life for them. Pray for my precious ones if you think of it...and peace for this mommas heart! Your prayers have LITERALLY carried us for the past 3 months. We continually praise God for you!!!
