Sorry for not being active lately, real life financial shortage - TopicsExpress

Sorry for not being active lately, real life financial shortage kinda sucks like that. Plus, the Makati group has been inactive for too long, so Id like to focus on running and playing games at Ludo (especially when my budget frees up and my replacement laptop comes in from Lazada). Systems I run/would like to run (in order of preference): •13th Age -- My go-to system by default, I am fine with even a single player (with a couple of companion NPCs if needed), but ideally Id have 3-7 players for this. For those who dont know, Its a rules-medium love letter to D&D. • Dungeon World -- I enjoy running narrative-heavy, high risk for fatalities adventures using this rules-light system. Id prefer 2-5 players if Id run this system. • Hillfolk -- Ive been meaning to run this for quite some time, but I need 3-5 players who are interested in a game where killing monsters and grabbing loot are only secondary to inter-character dramatic story development. Systems I play/would like to play (in order of preference): • 13th Age -- if only there was a DM who was interested in running this system in Ludo other than myself... • D&D 5E -- I liked what I saw player side, not so much what I see DM-side. If I were to DM D&D 5E, Id probably end up running only levels 1-8 and focus primarily on character background development, with far less focus on combat or even exploration than what players might expect¹ UNLESS I run prewritten adventures like Living Forgotten Realms or equivalent². While I dont mind trying out Numenera as a player, its not a want at the moment. Honestly, I would rather port D&D 4E into 13th Age -- especially my existing D&D Epic LFR campaign -- but I dont mind running or playing D&D 4E. Im sorry Pathfinder but youre no longer in my radar at all. ¹ Same restrictions apply to any Pathfinder and D&D 1E-4E game I might run, if ever I do so. ² Having said that, I will say it right now that due to limited resources and general lack of interest, it may be awhile before I go back to running prewritten adventures.
