Sorry for the delayed health report. All went well with the procedure and I was released from the hospital on Monday evening around 7:00. They went through the artery in my right wrist, rather than the conventional groin artery, which drastically shortens recovery time. I slept almost all day Tuesday and the last two days I have felt more energetic! The burning in my chest upon exertion seems to be completely gone, but it is still a little to early to tell. My oncologist gave me the week off of chemo to give my platelets time to build back up, so no chemo for the next two weeks and then it is back to killing Pete! Thanks again for your kind words of support...the procedure really was simple!!
