Sorry it has been so long, my phone died and I had to wait on a charger to get up here. Sara is out of surgery and they have her a little sedated so she can get some rest. They ended up doing the surgery before they came to get us because they said it was an emergency situation that they had to get done then. They have been able to get some fluid off already. So far she is doing good and no vent needed. She will go for an MRI in the morning and then possibly go to a regular room. They did shave a chunk from the top of her head that she doesnt know about yet :( sad mommy moment especially since it will be harder to hide than the back was. They are also giving her steroids to help with swelling. I knew it wasnt over for us but didnt think we would be back here so soon. Thank you all for the prayers and support! I will update after talking to surgeon in the morning.
