Sorry its another long post, but I thought I would share. I got the chance to spend one of the best weeks of my life with Harrison at WindyGap a YoungLife camp in North Carolina. The memories will never be forgotten, but thats not all. When we got home from camp we had the privilege to go to small group bible studies for the following weeks after camp at about 730 in the morning. So Chandler Elizabeth Smith, Harrison Warren, and I would wake up in the summer when we could have slept in to go spend time with the one who has given Harrison another day to live. Im not saying this to make me sound like I am a better person than anyone for going to Bible study by any means, but Im saying this because Harrison truly loves the Lord. His grandmother told me that when he got home from camp it changed his life. If I ever needed anything he was always there. Im headed to YoungLife camp at Sharptop and it has made me think about Harrison a lot. When Morgan Phillips and I visited him today we talked about how we were going and talked about the memories before, like the picture below when we wore diapers and ties for the volleyball tournament! He was opening his eyes and Im sure he was wishing he could go with us because he loves YoungLife. Ill be thinking about you every minute on this trip and I wish I could spend it with you, but God has other plans for you and they are going to be life changing for many. Keep fighting buddy!
