Sorry not to update yesterday. Its hard to update sometimes because there are so many things that effect how her day goes sometimes its hard enough just to process without explaining. She had a not so great day yesterday with new issues that really dont make sense to anyone and arent anything serious but are causing things to be different. She is having bladder retention for some reason which is where she is making pee but for some reason not peeing. Twice she had pretty significant desat spells because there was so much pee in her bladder it was painful and putting a lot of pressure in her belly and on her lungs. She now has another Foley catheter and hasnt had any more desats. They tried to wean the nitros oxide but she didnt like that too much either. But exciting news is yesterday she nodded her head in response to questions. It was amazing to see after 4 weeks of being paralyzed she hasnt opened her eyes yet but its good to see she is still in there
