Sorry so long Ijust wanted to clear my name as it sounds as someone may be bashing me on some resin sales pages.... I am not a bad buyer ! Here is the situation: I placed a fairly large order for pendants...she told me they were ready to ship and she was sending them out....after an unusual length of time I messaged her and she said they had been lost but were found at a nearby post office and would be picked up and reshipped to me with a bonus pendant A couple days later I recieved my ordwr...upon opening this is what I received 1 bills pendant 5 steelers pendants 2 johnny depp pendants 2 little mermaid pendants What I had ordered were 5 steelers 2 bills 1 Johnny depp 1justin beiber and a plain opal type pendant The one little mermaid was supposed to be for the lost shipment All the bails were loose, some were broken, one of the Johnny depp pendants had so many bubbles I couldnt use it (I had only needed one so I could use the other) I messaged the seller multiple times over the next few days with no response...finally I turned it into PayPal, it was in 2 separate orders, one of which I asked for a $3 refund for the bubbled pendant, the other I did not ask for a refund more or less I wanted it brought to her attention so she could/would make it right since my Order was so wrong....the next day I received a message basically getting yelled at and was told more or less keep the pendants and the money will all be refunded to you thats not what I asked for but didnt receive an opportunity to tell her that and I was blocked from her Facebook.... Today PayPal notified me she had messaged me to refund $9 of my purchase..the message said she talked to other sellers and they said it wasnt fair I get my money back and get to keep the pendants...well I NEVER even asked for that! I feel like she is bashing me as a buyer discussing this with other sellers as all I wanted was to get the order corrected so I just wanted to let everyone know Im.not a bad buyer in case someone has told you otherwise
