Sorry this is unrelated to music, but in light of something thats happened recently I feel it needs to be said.. Everybody can have really difficult times, and we all deal with it in different ways. Some people are really good at hiding their feelings or feel they cant talk about whats going on. There is ALWAYS someone to talk to, and in most cases it feels so much better even just to get these things off your chest. I hope people know that there are always people around to listen - they may not always have the answer but most people genuinely want to help. Please dont ever feel that theres no way out. The longer you leave yourself with these feelings the worse it will get. If things really get you down, and youre not coping - whoever you are - please just consider dropping a message, or picking up the phone or whatever and talking things through with someone who you know cares about you. Alternatively, Ill give it a go to see if I can help :)
