Sorry to send this a little late, but its been very hectic at work since I got back and I really havent had the chance to explain how great of a charter Sonny Jones and Anglers Center put on for me and my cousin. First, I have to say Sonny was a great Charter Master to deal with on the boat. Before my cousin and I even got on the boat, Sonny made himself known by walking down the line on the dock and introducing himself to all the anxious anglers waiting to board the boat. As a first impression this went off great because that set the tone with everyone on board that they were going to be treated fairly with no special treatment. The only reason why I say this is because ive fished on many boats where the Charter Master only treats his friends with all the goodies, thus leaving everyone else out of the loop and not paying attention to the other anglers. Sonny did not do that, he made sure everyone got something. When we got on the boat, he told everyone on board what he was going to give a way and how he was going to do it. What was more impressive is that he gave everyone a goodie bag so it wasnt like only certain people got prizes. This was a great seller for me because he made everyone felt like they were a winner right from the get go. Unfortunately, I didnt win any of the big prizes (reels and rods), but I still felt like a winner with the goodie bags. I also liked the fact that Sonny brought 50 lb bulk line on board for everyone to use throughout the trip. In fact, the goodie bags Anglers Center made for everyone came in handy throughout the trip. Its great to see that what was given out were things that guys could actually use. I also like the fact that Sonny gave people the chance to try on the sunglasses. Even though I didnt win a pair at the end of the trip, I again felt like I won by having the ability to wear and survey a pair of nice sunglasses. The Baja model worked great for the trip. Overall, I really enjoyed your charter and both my cousin and I have already booked on next years charter with you guys. We were very happy with the service the Red Rooster gave along with the exceptional service Sonny gave towards everyone on board. I want to thank Sonny and Anglers Center for such a memorable and fun trip. Ive already spread the rumor to all my angling buddies as well as everyone at my police department about how top notch charters like yourself, should all operate so repeat customers will have no choice but to keep coming back to your store and your charter. GREAT JOB AND I CANT WAIT UNTIL NEXT YEAR!!!! You may have about 4 more guys from the PD joining your trip in 2014. One happy angler, join him next year on our Red Rooster Charter!
