Sounds like a good plan for coordinating transparency. The system of Parampara relies on the descending flow of Transcendental Knowledge (that knowledge which elevates general consciousness); and, the process of distributing such Knowledge should remain as OPEN as possible, while inducing increasing enthusiastic, prolific expansion by the general population.
