South Euclid Library, Save the Telling Mansion, The building was - TopicsExpress

South Euclid Library, Save the Telling Mansion, The building was sold-transferred in December 2013-to Dick Barone who is hiding behind his Family Charitable Foundation. Telling Mansion CAN be torn down because no federal funds were spent on it. We asked, begged and went to court trying to get assurance it would be preserved and CCPL Board and Director sold it with NO HISTORIC PRESERVATION. The community was deceived. We have documents with their specious statements. THE COMMUNITY WAS LIED TO. The current owner refuses to set up a preservation easement. Mayor Welo and all South Euclid City Council members and Nina Turner and Armond Budish and Sunny Simon turned their backs on their constituents in favor of selling it to one wealthy man. The only politicians that helped up were the Lyndhurst City Council. The sale of this building makes a MOCKERY OF THE DEMOCRATIC PROCESS. Your tax money, your Government representatives, but not your opinion or desires as per your representation. The person or persons with the money controls the outcome...and we have choices between Democratic or Republican Liars! and yet the lesser of the 2 evils are the Democrats. Enjoy your ignorance...this example of non representation is very TELLING!!!
