South Indian will face #racism in north , north Indian will face it in Maharashtra and south India , NE people will face it everywhere , Sardar ji everywhere , Hindi speaking will face racism in NE . so basically on one is sane , everyone is racist .and everyone faces racism everywhere except their states , As a solution i think all major cosmopolitan cities must be free from state governments and should be under central government .and growth and development should spread all over India . no one likes to move to some other city and be an alien .
