South Korea : South Korea Master and Doctoral Scholarship by Kumoh National Institute of Technology Kumoh National Institute of Technology is so pleased to inform you of 2014 Korean Government Scholarship Program Guideline for Masters or Doctoral candidates here in Korea. This might be a great opportunity for you to be able to study in Korea with government full scholarship. Please see attached for further information. Please make sure that: 1. Applicants GPA must be more than 2.64 on a 4.0 scale, 2.80 on a 4.3 scale, 2.91 on a 4.5 scale, or grades/marks/score of 80% from your university 2. Applicants who have ever enrolled or temporarily studied in a university will be disqualified 3. Applicants who submit applications to more than two available institutions will be disqualified 4.
