South Sudanese are very pitiable people; they adapted any system and makes hullabaloo about it without scrutiny. How will this Federal System work in South Sudan without proper analysis? I meant, how would this diocese segmentation help people of South Sudan when individual have never help him or herself to survive? Is this diocese segmentation a work of God to identify his people or “gods” to identify his people in South Sudan and the world at large? Do communes go to court to be awarded dioceses or Archdiocese decides to award diocese to communities according to legal system set in the Archdiocese? Not South Sudan system because that system is besmirched whether in politic or church. Do diocesans have to favour other communities or do they do their work base on truth and wisdom?
