Southern NH, backyard/garden. So I have common evening primroses growing some have flowered already, Im curious as to how people really use this plant, I read the oil from seeds contains omega or linoleic acid. Id like to know how have you used this plant, Im interested in either in the root or the seeds, when is best to harvest seeds, can they be eaten like flax seeds?
