Soylent update: got enough sleep but still tired. this isnt too unusual but it still sucks. i did have a bit of salt and some crackers since im still concerned about the low sodium thing, not sure if thats a problem so far or not. aside from sodium i just had an energy shot thing, comparable to a cup and a half of coffee. i do drink coffee quite often in the morning so i figure i should have some amount of caffeine to get going. Mentally im still not craving food, probably since i know i can eat if i really want to. Something that somebody noted on the soylent forums was about the transition period. drastically changing your diet can have some bad side effects too until your body gets used to it. The guy said it was around the 3rd day he felt alot better. Not that i feel terrible but not any better than normal. got around half the pitcher left so ill have a bit at work and finish it off tonight. Oh yea, and, i want to make sure to not have any beer, but not having any at all would skew my perception of how this is working i dont want to be tired or anything. well, guess thats true regardless...
