Spaces for my next stretch course in Bristol are now OPEN!! Dates are: 8th jan 15th jan 29th jan 5th feb 12th feb Classes run 7-8pm on Thursdays (excluding the 22nd Jan) in the Spin City Bristol Downstairs Studio. Bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat The 5 week block is £50. Spaces are limited and sell out very quickly!
